Description
The stark, minimalist beauty of white tea buds. Classic jasmine fragrance, but the white tea buds gives it a more pointed character (think oak or mineral) than the more vegetal green tea jasmines.
Harvested and produced in March 2023 in Baise City, Guangxi Province. It was scented five times in Heng County, Guangxi Province, July 2023. It’s a bud only pick of the Bai Hao cultivar growing at 3,200 feet.

Steeping Instructions
3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
Traditional Steeping:
6 grams, boiling water, 150 ml
10 second rinse
1st steep – 25 seconds
2nd steep – 15 seconds
3rd steep – 15 seconds
4th steep – 30 seconds
5th steep – 45 seconds
6th steep – 90 seconds
Number of Cups
2 oz makes 19 cups, 4 oz makes 38 cups, 1 lb makes 151 cups
