Description
Quintessential Yunnan black tea. Regal robes of downy fur cover the buds and give the liquor a plush texture. The cup gives the impression of caramelized grains, yet is not overtly sweet. A transcendent tea…and pretty, too.
Harvested and produced September 5, 2023 by Ms. Zhao Yu Jie in Feng Qing County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province. It’s a sun-dried, bud-only pick from the Feng Qing Big Leaf cultivar growing at approximately 5,900 feet. The Chinese name is “Honey Scented Gold Buds” because of its sweet aroma.
