This tieguanyin is a combination of three lots, each roasted separately – one from spring for the heavy body and two from the fall for their aroma. After blending they go through one long low temperature roast to bring them into one cohesive profile. This is the beauty of a long, skilled, deliberative artform – planting, processing, roasting, blending. This tea was made by Mr. Lin Rui Fu from teas produced on October 25, 2019 and May 1, 2020.
