Description

The heavy presence of gold buds offers a nuanced and heavy cup with a fine, textured mouthfeel and classic malt character.
This tea is a FTGFOP1 leaf grade produced in the summer of 2023 by our friends at the Chota Tingrai Estate in the Tinsukia district of Assam, India.
The weather conditions this year were not favorable to the production of this tea. The cup character is similar, but with some diminished potency. For those who’ve loved this tea in the past, we felt it was still a good tea to offer at a lower price rather than have nothing until 2024.
