This is not tea. This is a spice blend used to make the best masala chai outside India.
Mix one 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk with 1 level TBSP of Chai Spices until the spices are evenly dispersed. Put mixture in the refrigerator overnight. Make a cup of black tea and stir in 1-2 TBSP of your prepared spiced milk. Adjust to taste. Store spiced milk in the fridge.
Masala chai is the traditional drink of India and defined as a blend of black tea, milk, sugar, and spices. The word “Masala” means “blend of spices” and “Chai” means “tea.”

ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, black pepper
