Produced on May 2nd 2020 by Mr. Yang Jie. Made from a one bud, three leaf pick from the Huang Guanyin cultivar growing at approximately 1,200 feet. Huang Guanyin is a hybrid of the famous Anxi cultivars Tieguanyin and Huang Jin Gui. It was developed by the Fujian Tea Research Center and is now widely planted in northern Fujian, though rarely seen in Anxi. Like Huang Jin Gui, its known for its aroma so a light to mid-roast was applied.
