The sweet, softness of ripe puer character. A touch of leathery perfume, the essence of fine topsoil, maybe even reminds one of butternut squash. Super smooth.
Produced from material harvested on March 20, 2018 and finished on June 20, 2019.  It’s a fine pluck of 1 bud and 1 leaf of the “Yunnan Big Leaf” cultivar at approximately 4,800 feet in Menghai county, Yunnan province.
Correction:The package states the date of production as 6/6/21. This is the date the bricks were wrapped for resale, not the date of production.

Steeping Instructions
3 grams | 12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
Traditional Steeping – 
Use 6 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan or teapot with boiling water and steep as follows:
Rinse – 10 seconds
1st – 20 seconds
2nd – 20 seconds
3rd – 30 seconds
4th – 45 seconds
5th – 2 minutes
6th – 5 minutes
