Description
357 gram cake
A light, ambient, highly cooperative tea. A character contrast of tangy peach, rocky minerals, and light greens. Delivers a little astringency if you wish.
Produced from material harvested on April 20, 2020 and finished on May 10, 2020. It’s a 1 bud 3-4 leaf pluck of the "Yunnan Big Leaf" cultivar in Menghai county, Yunnan province.
This tea is made from material called “huang pian” (yellow strips), which is the more mature and not-so-pretty leaves that are often removed before packaging of the highest priced teas. These leaves can still produce a good cup and tend to be sweeter and more mellow. Huang pian puer teas can be very good value.
