Harvested and produced April 24, 2024 by Ms. Peng Da Jie in Guzhang County, Hunan Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Bi Xiang Zao cultivar growing at approximately 3,000 feet.

Steeping Instructions
3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 175°F | Steep 3 min.
Traditional Steeping:
Use 5 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan and 175 degree water.
10 second rinse – Discard
