A light, savory broth that just plain satisfies. Spinach, honey, and slightly nutty. Great aroma. Great price.
Harvested and produced April 24, 2024 by Ms. Peng Da Jie in Guzhang County, Hunan Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Bi Xiang Zao cultivar growing at approximately 3,000 feet.

Steeping Instructions
3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 175°F | Steep 3 min. 
Traditional Steeping:
Use 5 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan and 175 degree water.
10 second rinse – Discard
