A “Moonlight” style Darjeeling with a seemingly haunting presence. The cup delivers a fluffed pillow body with sweet carrot-green aromatics and a soft cedar character. A flexible steeper.
Produced in 2023 by Castleton Estate, Darjeeling, India. Darjeeling “Moonlight” style uses long and gentle withering techniques that have many similarities to white tea in combination with the region’s traditional production methods. The result is a much lighter body with a focus on floral aromatics.
