Description
Classic Taiwan “High Mountain.” Buttery in the aroma and mouthfeel. Stocky greens in the cup with a passable impression of nutmeg at the end.
Produced on May 2-3, 2022 by Mr. Qiu Chenpu. It’s made from the Qinxin cultivar growing in the Heping district of Taichung, Taiwan.

5 grams | 10-12 oz water | 19
5°F| Steep 4 min.
Traditional Steeping:
Use 6 grams of tea and steep with boiling water in a 150ml gaiwan.
