Description
Temporarily sold out. The spring harvest was affected by too much rain. We will check back this fall.
Fruit flavors float amidst floral specters, but the strong mineral character provides backbone and body. A great medium between the spirits of Fujian oolong tea.
Produced April 29, 2023 by Mr. Wang Wen Zhong in Yongchun County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, four leaf pick of the Shui Xian cultivar growing at approximately 2,000 feet. Shui Xian is most commonly used to make rock tea in the Wuyi Mountains nearby, but here it is used as a combination of Wuyi and Anxi techniques to get the best of both worlds.
