This tea was formerly known as Gu Zhang Black Tea.
Honey aroma, dark chocolate character, and a lightly textured cup with zero astringency. The perfect companion for the journey ahead.
Harvested and produced June 6, 2023 by Ms. Peng Da Jie in Guzhang County, Hunan Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Zhu Ye Qi cultivar growing at approximately 2,900 feet. The curled leaf style borrows from the shaping technique of Bi Luo Chun (a famous green tea) and helps deliver a lighter, sweeter cup.
