Description
Available in 2 oz. quantities only.
A cup of dark and formidable forces. Aromatic spices redolent of the autumn harvest contest with a stark, mineral quality that is wonderfully potent, but should not be provoked. A fine specimen for the serious collector.
This tea was harvested April 8, 2023 and finished production on July 2, 2023. It was produced by Mr. Huang Shu Wei in Chao An district of Chaozhou City in Guangdong Province. It’s a two leaf and one bud pick of the Ye Lai Xiang cultivar growing at approximately 1,800 feet. “Ye Lai Xiang” translates (kind of) to “Night Blooming Jasmine” (which is a separate plant and not involved here), but “Ye Lai” also means “Night Returns” which made us think of werewolves, obviously.
