Produced April 5, 2023 by Ms. Zhao Yu Jie in Feng Qing County, Yunnan, China. It’s a one bud, one leaf pick of the Feng Qing Big Leaf cultivar growing at approximately 5,900 feet.

Ingredients: 
black tea
Steeping Instructions
4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 5 min.
Traditional Steeping
Use 6 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan or teapot. Use boiling water and steep as follows:
10 second rinse (discard this steep)
1st Steep – 25 seconds
2nd Steep – 20 seconds
3rd Steep – 50 seconds
4th Steep – 1 minutes, 45 seconds
5th Steep – 3 minutes, 30 seconds
(Or steep it however you want)
